1. What models of printers are supported?

On standard version of RetailDesk, we support Epson and Star receipt printers. Premium version of RetailDesk can be customized to support wide range of printers.

2. Which barcode scanners are supported?

On standard versio of RetailDesk we support, Motorola and Metrologic barcode scanners on USB port. Premium version of RetailDesk can be customized to support wide range of barcode scanners.

3. What type of credit cards can I accept with RetailDesk?

RetailDesk works with your existing payment devices so there is no change in your credit/debit card payment process.

4. How to backup my customers and Products?

RetailDesk gives you advance search and export functionality for Customers and Products. Visit the product master module and go to Advance search and you can search/filter all your products the way you want, you can then export the filtered data into excel files. However daily back up procedure configured in RetailDesk takes full system back up.

5. Does RetailDesk support split payments and parking of invoices?

Yes, Split payment and parking of invoices is now a day’s considered basic functionality in any POS system. RetailDesk understands these basic needs for your business and it fully supports split payments and parking of invoices.

6. Can I customize my sales receipts?

In system configuration module, you can upload your company’s logo and header, footer messages as a minimal customization of your sales receipts. Standard version of RetailDesk does not include such customization, but of course, Premium version of RetailDesk can be tailored to customize your sales receipts.
